For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges on any of our Hijab collections, caps, pins and scrunchies, unless they are faulty or damaged. We understand that each purchase is important to you, and we want you to feel confident in your decision, so please consider the above prior to making a purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please note that our team reserves the right to assess and determine if there is a defect or fault in the product.
